Abstract
Diplomová práce popisuje návrh, realizaci a vyhodnocení robotické procesní automatizace, známé také pod zkratkou RPA, vybraných podnikových procesů. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout efektivní řešení procesu pomocí RPA, které by mohlo nahradit rutinní práci zaměstnance. Práce vymezuje základní pojmy související s RPA včetně podnikových procesů a předkládá obraz historie vývoje RPA. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika vybrané společnosti včetně popisu současného stavu u vybraných podnikových procesů, kterými jsou kontrola a evidence konsignačních skladů a evidence vývozních doprovodných dokladů. Na základě popisu je předložen návrh optimalizace vybraného procesu s využitím RPA pomocí nástroje Power Automate společnosti Microsoft s architekturou samotné RPA, která je následně implementována do reálného prostředí podniku. Závěr práce zhodnocuje dosažené výsledky, z kterých vyplývá, že nasazení RPA může vést ke zvýšení časové efektivity práce a také k uspoření finančních prostředků podniku. Práce může posloužit jako inspirace a podklad pro navržení další RPA nejen v samotném podniku, ale i v dalších.
The diploma thesis describes the design, implementation and evaluation of robotic process automation, also known as RPA, of selected business processes. The aim of the thesis was to design an efficient process solution using RPA that could replace the routine work of an employee. The thesis defines the basic concepts related to RPA including business processes and presents a picture of the history of RPA development. In the practical part, the characteristics of the selected company are presented, including a description of the current status of the selected business processes, which are the control and monitoring of consignment warehouses and the monitoring of export shipping documents. Based on the description, a proposal for optimization of the selected process using RPA is presented using Microsoft's Power Automate tool with the architecture of the RPA itself, which is then implemented in a real enterprise environment. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the achieved results, which show that the deployment of RPA can lead to an increase in time efficiency of work and also to savings of financial resources of the enterprise. The work can serve as an inspiration and basis for designing further RPA not only in the enterprise itself but also in others.
