dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce tématizuje problematiku politických procesů 50. let 20. století. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na politický proces Zdeněk Kalva a spol., ve kterém bylo v roce 1951 Státním soudem v Praze odsouzeno k vysokým trestům odnětí svobody devět mužů. Pojítkem mezi těmito muži bylo vysoké postavení ve firmách zabývajících se leteckým průmyslem a zahraniční styky, které díky svému postavení udržovali. Cílem práce je přispět k bližšímu poznání mechanismů politických procesů na příkladu konkrétní kauzy. Práce analyzuje životy všech odsouzených před zatčením, výslechy, soudní líčení, výkon trestu a pokusy o revizi případu. Pomocí komparace poznatků z odborných monografií a archivních materiálů práce představuje tehdejší způsoby jednání komunistické strany, praktiky Státní bezpečnosti a justičního aparátu, který po únoru roku 1948 pozbyl své nezávislosti. Dalším cílem diplomové práce je demonstrovat na příkladu jedné vyučovací hodiny, didaktický potenciál daného tématu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This diploma thesis deals with the issue of political trials of the 1950s. Specifically, it focuses on the political trial of Zdeněk Kalva et al., in which nine men were sentenced to long prison sentences by the State Court in Prague in 1951. The link between these men was their high positions in companies involved in the aviation industry and the foreign contacts that they maintained thanks to their positions. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to a closer understanding of the mechanisms of political trials using the example of a specific case. The thesis analyses the lives of all those convicted before their arrest, interrogations, court hearings, execution of sentences and attempts to review the case. By comparing findings from professional monographs and archival materials, the thesis presents the then methods of action of the Communist Party, the practices of the State Security and the judicial apparatus, which lost its independence after February 1948. Another aim of the thesis is to demonstrate the didactic potential of the given topic using the example of one lesson.	en
