Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prevenci infekce, která je spojená se zdravotní péčí u pacientů se zavedeným permanentním močovým katétrem. Teoretická část práce se zabývá anatomií a fyziologií vylučovací soustavy, charakteristikou výkonu, indikací a kontraindikací permanentního močového katétru, samostatným výkonem, ošetřovatelskou péčí, močovými infekcemi a v neposlední řadě na prevencí močové infekce. Výzkumná část práce obsahuje vyhodnocení kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl prováděn za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníky byly podány respondentům, kteří mají dosažené vzdělání v oboru zdravotnický záchranář a všeobecná sestra. Výstupem mé práce je článek do odborného periodika.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention infection in patients with an indwelling urinary catheter in healthcare. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the anatomy and physiology of the excretory system, characteristics of the procedure, indications and contraindications of the permanent urinary catheter, the procedure itself, nursing care, urinary infections and last but not least the prevention of urinary infections. The research part of the thesis includes the evaluation of a quantitative research, which was conducted using a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires were given to respondents who have a degree in paramedic science and nursing. The outcome of my thesis is an article in a professional journal.
