Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku udržitelného hospodaření s vodou na základě klimatických změn na území města Liberec. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav vodního hospodářství, identifikovat klíčové environmentální výzvy a navrhnout konkrétní adaptační opatření, která by mohla přispět ke zlepšení situace. Práce kombinuje teoretický přehled odborné literatury a strategických dokumentů s praktickými výstupy z dotazníkového šetření, které reflektuje postoje veřejnosti k tématu hospodaření s vodou. Součástí této práce byla také SWOT analýza města Liberec, která pomohla lépe pochopit silné a slabé stránky města v oblasti hospodaření s vodou a ukázala, jaké výzvy i příležitosti může město v budoucnu očekávat. Významným přínosem této práce je i přiblížení adaptační strategie města Liberec a příklad Zoologické zahrady Liberec, kde už některá moderní opatření v praxi fungují. Výsledky práce mohou být inspirací nejen pro odborníky a výzkumníky, ale i pro samotná města, obce a jejich obyvatele, kteří se s dopady klimatických změn setkávají v každodenním životě.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of sustainable water management based on climate change in the city of Liberec. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of water infrastructure, identify key environmental challenges, and propose specific adaptation measures that could help improve the situation. The thesis combines a theoretical overview of academic literature and strategic documents with practical findings from a questionnaire survey that reflects public attitudes toward water management. Part of the thesis includes also a SWOT analysis of the city of Liberec, which helped to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the city's water management and outlined the potential challenges and opportunities for the future. An important contribution of the thesis is also the presentation of the adaptation strategy of the city of Liberec and the case of the Liberec Zoo, where some innovative water management measures are already in place. The findings may serve as inspiration not only for researchers and professionals but also for municipalities and citizens who face the impacts of climate change in their everyday lives.
