dc.description.abstract	AnotaceDiplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poruch chování dětí a mládeže a systémem péče o tuto klientelu ve Středisku výchovné péče Čáp v Liberci. Práce ve své teoretické části popisuje vliv rodiny a školy na výchovu jedince. Nabízí charakteristiku základních pojmů jako je porucha chování, inkluze a seznamuje se systémem péče o děti a mládež s poruchami chování. V teoretické části jsou představeny formy péče ambulance a pobytu Střediska výchovné péče Čáp v Liberci. V empirické části je provedena analýza poskytovaných služeb střediskem na základě rozboru výročních zpráv a vybraných formulářů zařízení. Záznamy výročních zpráv jsou srovnávány s metodickým pokynem, který vymezuje činnost středisek. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření se zaměřením na evaluaci služeb střediska. Výsledky analýzy dokumentů a dotazníku jsou předmětem diskuse. Výsledky šetření by měli do budoucna sloužit ke zlepšení nabídky služeb střediska. Pro lepší představu terapeutických intervencí střediska jsou v práci uvedeny vybrané kazuistiky dvou klientů.	cs
dc.description.abstract	AnnotationThis diploma thesis deals with the problems of children and youth behavior disorders and the system of care for these clients at the Center of Educational Care Čáp in Liberec.The work in its theoretical part describes the influence of family and school on the education of an individual. It offers characteristics of basic concepts such as behavioral disorder, inclusion, and introduces a child care system with behavioral disorders. The theoretical part presents outpatient and residential care of the Center of Educational Care Čáp in Liberec.The empirical part analyzes the services provided by the Center on the basis of an analysis of annual reports and selected forms of the facility. Records of annual reports are compared with a methodological guideline defining the activities of centers. A part of the work is a questionnaire survey focusing on the evaluation of the services of the Center. The results of the analysis of the documents and the questionnaire are discussed. The results of the survey should serve in the future to improve the Center's offer of services. For a better understanding of the Center's therapeutic interventions, the selected case studies of two clients are presented in the thesis.	en
