Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu efektivnosti informačního systému pro podporu nákupu ve výrobním podniku Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola popisuje důležitost nákupu ve firmách. Dále je zde, v obecném měřítku, popsán informační systém a jeho využití. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je konkrétní informační systém, který se používá ve výrobních podnicích. Praktická část nejprve charakterizuje zvolený podnik a následně se zaměřuje na nákupní oddělení a informační systém, který v tomto oddělení hraje klíčovou roli. Cílem práce je návrh zlepšení ve formě implementace nové funkce do informačního systému. Následně je provedeno zhodnocení celého informačního systému společně s inovací, na které se student podílel. Jako nástroj pro toto zhodnocení slouží SWOT analýza, která se zaměřuje zejména na budoucnost informačního systému.
The bachelor thesis focuses on an analysis of the efficiency of the information system to support purchasing in the production company Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) s.r.o. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes the importance of purchasing in companies. Then, on a general scale, there is a description of the information system and its use. The last chapter of the theoretical part is a specific information system that is used in manufacturing companies. The practical part first characterizes the chosen company and then focuses on the purchasing department and the information system, which plays a key role there. The aim of the thesis is to design improvements in the form of implementation of the new function into the information system. An evaluation of the whole information system is then carried out, together with the innovation in which the student participated. The SWOT analysis, which focuses mainly on the future of the information system, serves as a tool for this evaluation.
