Abstract
Předmětem této diplomové práce je řízení zásob náhradních dílů údržby ve vybraném podniku. V rešeršní části je věnován prostor pro informace z oblasti systémů řízení zásob, náklady a rizika s ním spojené, diferenciace zásob, modely řízení zásob a význam optimalizace zásob náhradních dílů pro podnik. Analytická část představuje ve stručnosti společnost, které se optimalizace zásob týká. Dále detailně popisuje způsob řízení zásob náhradních dílů v podniku, soupis náhradních dílů a v neposlední řadě navrhuje systém řízení náhradních dílů s využitím vybraných metod.Díky optimálnímu řízení zásob náhradních dílů lze snížit náklady údržby, vyhnout se riziku ztráty z prostojů i riziku nadbytečnosti zásob při dlouhodobém nepoužívání náhradních dílů.
The subject of this diploma thesis is the management of inventory of maintenance spare parts in company. The research section informs about inventory management systems, costs and risks associated with them, inventory differentiation, inventory management models and the importance of optimizing inventory of spare parts for the company is given. The analytical part briefly presents the company. It also describes in detail the way of spare parts management in the company, the inventory of spare parts and proposes a system of spare parts management with using selected methods.Optimum inventory management of spare parts reduces maintenance costs, avoiding the risks of loss of machine downtime and the risk of overcapacity in long-term spare parts not being used.
