Abstract
Bakalářská práce je věnována tématu bydlení. Práce se zaměřuje na druhy bydlení a následně analyzuje, rozvádí a porovnává způsoby financování, které lze použít a jsou dostupné na finančním trhu. Na základě popisu jednotlivých forem financování bytových potřeb bude možné poukázat na odlišnosti způsobů financování a přiblížit jednotlivé formy mladému manželskému páru, který tvoří fiktivní klientelu pro účely bakalářské práce. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat nabídky vybraného způsobu financování a na základě této analýzy navrhnout nejvýhodnější způsob financování bytových potřeb fiktivním klientům. K analýze těchto způsobu bylo využity služeb konzultanta bakalářské práce a pracovníků analyzovaných finančních institucí.
The bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of housing. Thesis focuses on forms of housing and then analysis and comparison of available financing methods. Based on this analysis and comparison of individual forms of housing needs and their financing methods, it will be possible to point out the differences of these financing methods and demonstrate them to a married young couple who represent a fictitious clientele for the purposes of this bachelor thesis. The purpose of bachelor thesis is to analyze the offers of selected financing method of needs for living from selected financial institutions. On the basis of this analysis author of this bachelor thesis will be able to offer the most effective method of financing housing needs to fictitious clients. The services of a bachelor thesis´s consultant and advisors from selected financial institutions were used for this analysis.
