Abstract
Tato práce se zabývá velmi populárním tématem home office neboli prací z domova. Tato forma se stává velice populární po celém světě a díky pokroku, technologiím a pandemii Covidu se rozšiřuje do velké řádky společností po celém světě. Je důležité mít nastaveny řády a možnosti, aby byla tato forma práce produktivní a prospěšná jak pro zaměstnance, tak i zaměstnavatele.
Cílem této práce je charakterizovat home office, přestavit a popsat právní úpravu a bezpečnost práce. Zaměřit se na výhody, nevýhody a motivaci těchto zaměstnanců. Nastínit vybrané pozice pro tuto formu práce. V praktické části zhodnotit na základě dotazníkového šetření výsledky a v závěru práce shrnout výsledky a doporučit případná řešení problémů.
This thesis deals with the very popular topic of home office or working from home. This form is becoming very popular all over the world and thanks to advances, technology and the Covid pandemic it is spreading to a large number of companies around the world. It is important to have set up schedules and options to make this form of work productive and beneficial for both employees and employers. The aim of this paper is to characterize the home office, rebuild and describe the legal regulations and work safety. To focus on the advantages, disadvantages and motivation of these employees. In the practical part to evaluate the results based on a questionnaire survey and in the conclusion of the thesis to summarize the results and recommend possible solutions to the problems.
