dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je členěna na dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální. Teoretická část vysvětluje problematiku vnitřní struktury příze a objasňuje existující přístupy k metodikám sledování trajektorie značených vláken v přízi. Další kapitoly se zabývají barvením viskózových vláken a volbou správného odstínu barviva, a také viskózou samotnou. Závěr této části popisuje vhodný výběr imerzní kapaliny.Experimentální část se zaměřuje na výrobu nového zařízení umožňující zkoumat trajektorii vlákna v přízi metodou značených vláken. Pomocí laboratorní techniky (mikroskopu a posuvného stolku) je snímáno vlákno v úseku až 6 cm. Obrazy jsou analyzovány v počítačovém programu NIS Elements. Výstupem jsou data, která jsou zpracována programem MatLab. Tímto programem je vytvořena 3D rekonstrukce značených vláken, je určen poloměr příze, koeficient zapředení, průběh úhlů a , a procentuální zastoupení vláken se smyčkami a háčky. Na závěr jsou porovnávány hodnoty z nového zařízení a hodnoty z původního aparátu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Graduation Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental. The theoretical part explains the internal structure of yarn and clarifies existing approaches to monitoring the trajectory of the methodologies of fibers in the yarn. The next chapter of the theoretical part deal with the dyeing viscose fibers and choosing the right shade of dye, and also viscose alone. The conclusion of this section describes a suitable choice of the immersion liquid.The experimental part focuses on the production of a new device allowing to investigate the trajectory of fibers in the yarn by the method of labelled fibers. For the use of laboratory techniques (microscope and slide table) a fiber is scanned up to 6 cm. The images are analyzed in the computer program NIS Elements. Output is data that are processed by the program MatLab. This program creates a 3D reconstruction of the labelled fibers, is determined by the radius of the yarn, the coefficient of spinning, the course of the angles and , and the percentage of fibers with loops and hooks. In conclusion are compared the value of the new device and the value of the original apparatus.	en
