dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce Víno jako alternativní forma investice se zaměřuje na zhodnocení možností investování do vína z pohledu podnikatelského subjektu. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit, zda a za jakých podmínek může být přímé vlastnictví investičního vína vhodnou součástí podnikového investičního portfolia. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu alternativní investice, jejich úloze v rámci diverzifikace kapitálu a specifikům vína jako investičního aktiva. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na způsoby fyzického nákupu vína prostřednictvím systému En primeur a sekundárního trhu, na zkoumání rizik spojených s vlastnictvím vína, posouzení volatility vinných indexů a možností prodeje přes inzertní platformy a aukci. Výsledky jsou doplněny analýzou výnosnosti vybraných vinařských oblastí a v závěru jsou formulovány výsledky týkající se vhodnosti této formy investování pro podniky.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor's thesis Wine as an alternative form of investment focuses on the potential of wine investment from the perspective of business entities. The main objective of the thesis is to assess whether, and under what conditions, direct ownership of investment wine can represent a suitable part of a corporate investment portfolio. The theoretical part defines the concept of alternative investments, their role in capital diversification, and the specific characteristics of wine as an investment asset. The practical part examines methods of purchasing wine through the En primeur system and the secondary market, explores risks associated with wine ownersihp, evaluates the volatility of wine indices, and considers resale opportunities through listing platforms and auction. The findings are complemented by an analysis of the returns of selected wine regions, and the conclusion outlines the suitability of this form of investment for business purposes.en
