dc.description.abstract	In this work we deal with question of the possibility of using Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) in the textile analysis. Focuses on the possibility of applying this method to detect chromium in polyamide colored materials. Theoretical part contains information of the qualitative analysis, lasers and the possibility of LIBS method oriented to textiles. In the experimental part of this work, we conducted a research for the detection of the particles of chromium using a standard method of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP OES). Next, we research the material using LIBS method. Results of the work were discussed and it was proposed a new method of fixation for polyamide materials in the form of tissue. In the conclusion of this work I specified alternatives to method LIBS and to polyamide material.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá ověřením možnosti aplikace spektrometrie laserem buzeného plazmatu (LIBS) na analýzu textilu. Zaměřuje se na možnost uplatnění této metody na zjištění chromu, v obarveném polyamidovém materiálu. Teoretická část obsahuje základní informace o prvkové analýze, laserech a možnostech metody LIBS obecně se zaměřením na textil. V experimentální části bude provedeno zjištění obsahu prvku v materiálech pomocí standardní analýzy, kterou je emisní optická spektroskopie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem (ICP OES). Dále bude následovat proměření materiálů pomocí metody LIBS. Výsledky jsou diskutované, a pro polyamidový materiál ve formě tkaniny je navržen nový způsob uchycení. V závěru práce uvádíme hodnocení alternativ uplatnění metody LIBS a polyamidového materiálu.	cs
