Abstract
Bakalářská práce nazvaná Řízení nákladů výroby exteriérových plastových dílů v automobilovém průmyslu se věnuje rozboru nákladů na výrobu vstřikovaných plastových dílů v automobilovém průmyslu, konkrétně krytů nárazníků a jejich doplňků. V teoretické části nejprve stručně představuje nástup automobilové výroby a důvody rostoucího využití a obliby plastových dílů. V praktické části na příkladu výroby ve společnosti Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) analyzuje výrobu tří konkrétních vozů a porovnává nákladovou strukturu s průmyslovým standardem prezentovaným v teorii. Nákladové kategorie člení do podskupin materiálových, lidských a strojních nákladů. Zkoumá odchylky mezi jednotlivými výrobky a vůči teoretickému standardu. Představuje možné příčiny těchto odchylek. Práce představuje a kalkuluje ekonomické dopady neúspěšnosti procesů. Na závěr práce prezentuje některé systematické možnosti snížení nákladů výroby plastových dílů a zhodnocuje jejich dopady a proveditelnost.
The bachelor's thesis titled Management of exterior plastic parts manufacturing costs in the automotive industry is focused on analyzing the production cost of molded plastic parts in the automotive industry, specifically vehicle bumpers and their accessories. The theoretical basis briefly introduces the rise of automotive manufacturing and reasons for increasing usage of plastic. The following research conducted within Magna Exteriors (Bohemia) analyzes the manufacturing of three specific vehicles and compares their cost structures to a broad industry standard presented in the theoretical part. It allocates the manufacturing costs into categories of material costs, labor costs and machine costs The research analyzes deviations from the standard. It presents possible causes of these deviations. The thesis explores and calculates the impact of scrap production. In the end the thesis presents selected systemic ways of cost reductions and discusses their effects and possibility.
