Abstract
Cílem práce je identifikace zahraničních investorů v okrese Česká Lípa, identifikace slabých stránek a identifikace podnikatelských příležitostí v okresu. V této bakalářské práci jsou definovány základní pojmy týkající se investic obecně, poté jsou do detailu rozvedeny přímé zahraniční investice. Je popsán vývoj přímých zahraničních investic v České republice a to, kam míří, dále jsou vysvětleny takzvané investiční pobídky, které díky veřejné podpoře investorům různými způsoby zvýhodňují investování ve státě. Je porovnáno a zhodnoceno množství investičních pobídek v celé České republice, v Libereckém kraji, a nakonec právě v okrese Česká Lípa, kde jsou investiční pobídky pro společnosti rozvedeny. Jsou shrnuty historie a podnikatelské prostředí v okresu, zpracována jeho SWOT analýza, uvedeny příklady brownfieldů a greenfieldů jako příležitostí pro další příliv PZI a zpracována doporučení vyplývající ze SWOT analýzy a osobního sledování.
The aim of the thesis is to identify foreign investors in the Česká Lípa district, identify weaknesses and identify business opportunities in the district. In this bachelor thesis the basic concepts related to investments in general are defined, then foreign direct investments are elaborated in detail. The development of foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic and where it is going is described, then the so-called investment incentives are explained, which, thanks to public support, favour investors in various ways to invest in the country. The amount of investment incentives in the whole Czech Republic, in the Liberec Region, and finally in the Česká Lípa district, where investment incentives for companies are elaborated, is compared and evaluated. The history and business environment in the district are summarized, a SWOT analysis is prepared, examples of brownfields and greenfields as opportunities for further FDI inflows are given, and recommendations resulting from the SWOT analysis and personal observation are elaborated.
