dc.description.abstractProduction of inorganic fibers at a scale smaller than one micrometer is currently on the rise and by industry is for them due to a multitude of uses in high demand. Use found for example in the field of photocatalytics or cosmetics. Actual production of inorganic nanofibers is a complex interdisciplinary problem which has not yet been fully resolved. The thesis deals with the development of the construction of the production line leads to increase the efficiency of inorganic nanofibers from laboratory equipment through a pilot line to industrial system. The work is done by studying the principle of electrospinning with the selection of potentially useful technologies in laboratory scale. The new design lines elevate the production of fibers from the laboratory scale to the industrial technology applicable to the desired production. By optimizing the various components providing the course of the spinning process and increasing the number of processes in the same electric field it is possible to realize the continuous production with an increase of efficiency of precursor spinning. This is where the polymer reservoir and collectors ensure influence of the electric field in their direct vicinity, using experimental materials and changing their own design. The line includes calcining system, which represents the final heat treatment of the precursor and form a continuous furnace with a temperature profile for a defined burning given type of material. Here, the fibers are burnt out and then stored for further use. The construction of the line is standardized for the production of calcined nanofibers made of inorganic solution containing precursor titanium dioxide (TiO2), for which there is demand from industry. Calcined fibers composed of anatase crystalline structure, which is used in many areas of human activity, eg. in the field of photocatalytic reactions.en
