dc.description.abstractThe goal of my work is to suggest an information system that would suit the company conditions, ease the communication among all the department and above all that would minimize the time demand The beginning of the of the work deals with the company introduction and with the explanation of two parts deliver (JUST IN TIME and KANBAN) In the theoretical part I focus on the way that managers should approach the IS implementig, chat the crucial kriteria are and where and how to use the IS In the practical part I suggest what the IS should be able to provide to be a benefit for all the users. In the final part I put my mind to the economical assessments. That means where and how much would a suitable IS introduction.en
dc.description.abstractCílem mé bakalářské práce je navrhnout informační systém, který by vyhovoval podmínkám firmy, ulehčil komunikaci mezi jednotlivými odděleními a hlavně minimalizoval časovou náročnost. Začátek práce se zabývá představením firmy a vysvětlením dvou způsobů dodávání dílů k zákazníkovi JUST IN TIME a KANBAN. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na to, jak by se vedoucí pracovníci firmy měli postavit k zavádění IS, jaká jsou rozhodovací kritéria a kde a jak IS použít. V praktické části navrhuji, co by měl IS umět, aby byl všem pracovníkům přínosem. V závěrečné části se věnuji ekonomickému zhodnocení. To znamená, kde a kolik by firma ušetřila zavedením vyhovujícího informačního systému.cs
