Abstract
Předmětem práce je analýza fenoménu fundamentalismu a jeho projevům v konkrétních náboženstvích. Úvodní část práce se věnuje vymezení pojmu a vlivu procesu modernizace na tento fenomén. Následně se zaměřuje na rozbor fundamentalismu v rámci tří světových náboženství a na stručné představení těchto náboženských proudů. Hlavním tématem práce je problematika současného křesťanského fundamentalismu, jeho hnutí a projevů. Tento fenomén je prezentován na příkladech ze Spojených států amerických. K naplnění vytyčených cílů jsou využívány ověřené akademické tituly a cizojazyčná literatura.
The subject of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of the phenomenon of fundamentalism and its manifestations in specific religions. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the definition of the term fundamentalism and the influence of modernization on this phenomenon. Furthermore, this part of the thesis also provides a historical view of the evolution of religion. Subsequently, the thesis focuses on the analysis of fundamentalism in the three world religions and a brief introduction to these religious movements. The main topic of this thesis is the issue of contemporary Christian fundamentalism, its movements, and its manifestations. This phenomenon is represented by examples from the United States of America. Verified academic titles and foreign language literature is used to achieve these goals.
