dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřená na vztah podniku k udržitelnému rozvoji, který působí v oblasti sportovních aktivit. Cílem diplomové práce bylo zhodnotit daný podnik z pohledu plnění kritérií udržitelného rozvoje a na základě výsledků navrhnout vhodná opatření ke zvýšení udržitelného rozvoje podniku. V teoretické části práce autor zmiňuje teoretická východiska udržitelného rozvoje až po konkrétní definice včetně užšího pohledu na podnik a jeho udržitelnost, jelikož je toto téma v teorii diverzifikovaně posuzováno a neexistuje ucelený pohled. Dále autor uvádí metody na měření udržitelného rozvoje a metody, které zavádějí udržitelný rozvoj do podniků (například společenská odpovědnost firem nebo green marketing). V praktické části práce je analyzován podnik z pohledu udržitelného rozvoje. Na základě nalezených skutečností z analýzy podniku jsou identifikovány nedostatky a navržená opatření, které vedou ke zlepšení činnosti podniku na udržitelný rozvoj. Dále byl sestaven návrh projektového plánu na rozšíření závlahového systému, projektový plán je posléze ekonomicky a environmentálně zhodnocen. V závěrečné části práce je obsažena diskuse a doporučení dalších vhodných opatření, které mohou podpořit udržitelný rozvoj ve sledovaném podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis is focused on the relationship of a company operating in the field of sports activities to sustainable development. The goal of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the given company from the point of view of fulfilling the criteria of sustainable development and, based on the results, to propose appropriate measures to increase the sustainable development of the company. In the theoretical part of the work, the author mentions the theoretical starting points of sustainable development up to specific definitions, including a narrower view of the company and its sustainability, as this topic is assessed in theory in a diversified way and there is no comprehensive view. Furthermore, the author presents methods for measuring sustainable development and methods that introduce sustainable development into businesses (for example, corporate social responsibility or green marketing). In the practical part of the work, the company is analyzed from the point of view of sustainable development. Based on the facts found from the analysis of the company, deficiencies are identified and measures are proposed that lead to the improvement of the company's activities for sustainable development. Furthermore, a draft project plan for the expansion of the irrigation system was drawn up, the project plan is then economically and environmentally evaluated. The final part of the thesis contains a discussion and recommendations of other suitable measures that can support sustainable development in the monitored company	en
