Abstract
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice uplatnění studentů po dosažení určitého typu vzdělání. Zabývá se moderním pojetím uplatnění a faktory, které jsou pro něj stěžejní. Se změnou hospodářství a kultury v posledních 30 letech je potřeba vnímat nové potřeby trhu a společnosti. Uplatnění již není předem naplánováno, ale je často neřízené či živelné. S tím se pojí nové role školního systému a nároky na něj kladené. Nepopiratelnou roli hraje i okolí jedince nebo média či sociální sítě, které ovlivňují konkrétní cestu za vzděláním, a tím i uplatněním. Velmi významné jsou geografické faktory, které zásadním způsobem ovlivňují nejen výběr samotné školy, ale také setrvání v místě, kde byla škola vystudována nebo v lokalitě, ve které absolvent nalezne uplatnění.Samotná práce je východiskem několikaleté práce popisující nejen aktuální stav počtu studentů v České republice s přihlédnutím k aktuálním světovým trendům, ale také rozebírající jevy a fenomény, které mohou potencionálně nastat. Vzdělání nevede jenom k uplatnění na konkrétní pracovní pozici, ale také vede k vytváření určitého typu vazeb mezi věkově stejně starými jedinci. Tyto vazby jsou jedincům ku prospěchu i v dalším osobním či soukromém životě. V regionu Libereckého kraje jsou některé fenomény více patrné než jiné, což je způsobeno nejen specifickými přírodními podmínkami, ale také historickými skutečnostmi. Tato diplomová práce má sloužit jako nástroj pro učitele, žáky, rodiče a další osoby, které se zabývají uplatněním, k tomu, aby k problematice přistupovali s dalším úhlem pohledu a dokázali zužitkovat koncentrované informace zde obsažené.
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of students' employment after achieving a certain type of education. It deals with the modern concept of application and the factors that are crucial for it. With the change in the economy and culture in the last 30 years, it is necessary to perceive the new needs of the market and society. Application is no longer planned in advance, but is often uncontrolled or spontaneous. This is associated with the new roles of the school system and the demands placed on it. The environment of the individual or the media or social networks also play an undeniable role, influencing a specific path to education and thus to employment. Geographical factors are very important, which fundamentally influence not only the choice of the school itself, but also staying in the place where the school was graduated or in the locality in which the graduate will find employment.The work itself is the starting point of several years of work describing not only the current state of the number of students in the Czech Republic, taking into account current world trends, but also analyzing phenomena that can potentially occur. Education not only leads to employment in a specific job position, but also leads to the creation of a certain type of ties between individuals of the same age. These ties are of benefit to individuals in their future personal or private lives. In the Liberec region, some phenomena are more obvious than others, which is caused not only by specific natural conditions, but also by historical facts. This diploma thesis is to serve as a tool for teachers, students, parents and other people who deal with the application to approach the issue from a different perspective and be able to use the concentrated information contained here.
