Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení dopadů krizí, konkrétně globální hospodářské krize po roce 2008 a krize vzniklé v souvislosti s pandemií onemocnění Covid-19, na finanční zdraví podniku České dráhy, a.s. Pro analýzu ekonomických dopadů jsou využity vybrané ukazatele finanční analýzy. Tyto ukazatele jsou vypočteny v období 2005-2020, údaje za rok 2021 v době sepsání bakalářské práce nebyly k dispozici, ale interpretovány jsou především hodnoty vztahující se k oběma krizím. Data, která byla pro výpočet ukazatelů použita, jsou dostupná v účetních výkazech, které byly zveřejněny ve výročních zprávách podniku za jednotlivé roky. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část obsahuje rešerši literárních zdrojů týkajících se základních postupů a indikátorů finanční analýzy. Následuje charakteristika jednotlivých krizí a uvedení jejich příčin a průběhu. V druhé části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovány na konkrétní podnik, tj. České dráhy, a.s. Nejprve je představen samotný podnik, poté následuje interpretace výsledků jednotlivých zvolených ukazatelů. Na základě těchto údajů je pak provedena komparace již zmíněných krizí a posouzení jejich dopadů na finanční stránku podniku. Poté následují doporučení na zmírnění dopadů krizí na zvolený podnik.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the impact of crises, specifically the Global Economic Crisis and the crisis arising in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic, on the financial health of České dráhy, a.s. Chosen indicators of financial analysis are used for the analysis of economic impacts. These indicators are calculated in the period 2005-2020, data for the year 2021 at the time of writing the bachelor's thesis were not available, but the values related to both crises are interpreted. The data used to calculate the indicators are available in the financial statements, which were published in the company's annual reports. The bachelor thesis can be divided into two parts. The first part contains a search of literary sources related to financial analysis, especially the basic concepts, procedures and indicators, which are then discussed in more detail. The following is a description of individual crises and an indication of their causes and course. In the second part, these theoretical findings are applied to a chosen company České dráhy, a.s. First, the company is introduced, followed by the interpretation of the results of individual chosen indicators and graphs or tables. Based on these data, a comparison of the already mentioned crises and an assessment of their impact on the financial side of the company is performed. This is followed by recommendations to limit the effects of these crises on the chosen company.
