dc.description.abstract	The submitted thesis deals with the development of an accounting from the beginning of the first accounting records in the territory of an ancient civilization through the development of an accounting in the territory of the current Czech Republic to its present state. In the first chapter the origin and progress of generally accepted accounting principles and users of the accounting information are analyzed. The second chapter is devoted to the historical development of accounting records in the selected ancient civilizations, including Egypt, Mesopotamia, Athens, India and the Inca civilization. Then the development of the accounting in the area of the current Czech Republic is analyzed. The first mention is from the end of the 14th century, but the development of the accounting has been further mapped from the end of The First World War. For the taxes play a very important role in the Czech accounting the practical part is concerned with the means of how the tax regulation affects the income from operations for the purpose of making it possible to calculate income taxes. This chapter is focused on two areas, first one on the problems with depreciations at the accounting and tax view and second one on the questions if the leasing payments are tax deductible.	en
dc.description.abstract	Cílem předložené diplomové práce je charakterizovat vývoj účetnictví od počátku vzniku prvních účetních záznamů na území starověkých civilizací přes vývoj účetnictví na území současné České republiky až po jeho současný stav. V první kapitole je analyzován vznik a současný stav obecně uznávaných účetních zásad a uživatelů účetních informací. Druhá je věnována historickému vývoji účetního zaznamenávání na území vybraných starověkých civilizací. Mezi ně patří Egypt, Mezopotámie, Atény, Indie a také civilizace Inků. Dále je analyzován vývoj účetnictví na území současné České republiky. První zmínky jsou z období konce 14. století, podrobněji je však vývoj účetnictví mapován od konce první světové války. Jelikož hrají v českém účetnictví důležitou roli daně, je praktická část zaměřena na to, jakým způsobem ovlivňují daňové předpisy účetní výsledek hospodaření za účelem stanovení základu pro výpočet daně z příjmů právnických osob. Tato kapitola je orientována na dvě oblasti, na problematiku odpisování z účetního a daňového hlediska a na problematiku daňové uznatelnosti splátek u finančního pronájmu majetku.	cs
