Abstract
Areál Psychiatrické nemocnice v Bohnicích pochází z počátku 20. století, kdy na okraji Prahy začíná výstavba prvních léčebných pavilonů, kostela a dalších objektů. Základní podoba areálu, jeho urbanistické i architektonické řešení pochází z této doby a přes dílčí doplnění a dostavby si zachovává původní podobu. Co se ovšem za 100 let zásadně změnilo je charakter a principy psychiatrické péče a tomu původní areál v mnoha ohledech již nevyhovuje. Diplomní projekt dokumentuje možnou proměnu areálu z hlediska urbanistického, krajinářského a nové organizace léčebné péče a využití. případně proměnu stávajících pavilonů a doplnění novými provozy a objekty. Proměna areálu počítá s úpravou stávajících pavilonů a také doplněním několika dalších objektů.
Takovým objektem je centrum duševního zdraví (dále CDZ), jehož cílem je pomáhat klientům s návratem do běžného života. Převážně se tedy nejedná o lidi v akutním stavu nemoci. Léčbu řídí multidisciplinární tým, jehož členy jsou psychiatři, psychiatrické sestry, psychologové, psychoterapeuti, sociální pracovnice, ergoterapeuti a další. Mezi postupy péče patří kromě léčby i podpora sociálních rolí, zejména v oblasti práce, bydlení a podpora vztahů s rodinou, přáteli a dalšími lidmi. Součástí je lůžková péče určená ke krátkodobému komunitnímu bydlení.
The area of the Psychiatric Hospital in Bohnice dates back to the beginning of the 20th century, when the construction of the first treatment pavilions, a church and other buildings began on the outskirts of Prague. The basic form of the area, its urban planning and architectural solution comes from this time and despite partial additions and additions, it retains its original form. However, what has fundamentally changed in 100 years is the character and principles of psychiatric care, and the original campus no longer meets this in many respects. The diploma project documents the possible transformation of the area from the point of view of urbanism, landscape and new organization of medical care and use. possibly the transformation of existing pavilions and additions with new operations and objects. The transformation of the area includes the modification of the existing pavilions as well as the addition of several other buildings. Such an object is a mental health center (hereafter CDZ), the aim of which is to help clients return to normal life. Therefore, it is mostly not about people in an acute state of illness. The treatment is managed by a multidisciplinary team, whose members are psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, occupational therapists and others. Care practices include, in addition to treatment, the support of social roles, especially in the areas of work, living and supporting relationships with family, friends and other people. It includes inpatient care intended for short-term community housing.
