Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o udržitelnosti pojištění v mezinárodním obchodě. Teoretická část je věnována významu pojištění v mezinárodním obchodě, definici ESG v pojišťovnictví, finančnímu ukazateli rentabilita vlastního kapitálu a udržitelnosti pojištění. Hlavním cílem této práce je zjistit, zda je u pojišťoven v mezinárodním obchodě finanční ukazatel ROE ovlivňován dosaženým ESG ratingem. S tím je spojena otázka, zda je pro pojišťovny ekonomicky efektivnější integrovat udržitelné strategie a postupy do svých činností. Tato závislost je zkoumána z pohledu statistiky pomocí korelační analýzy a Spearmanova koeficientu pořadové korelace. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké udržitelné pojistné produkty jsou poskytovány pojišťovnami v mezinárodním prostředí, protože i to je část udržitelných strategií pojišťoven.
This bachelor thesis deals with the sustainability of insurance in international trade. The theoretical part is devoted to the importance of insurance in international trade, the definition of ESG in insurance, the financial ratio return on equity and insurance sustainability. The main objective of this paper is to find out whether the financial ratio ROE of insurance companies in international trade is affected by the ESG rating achieved. Related to this is the question of whether it is more cost-effective for insurance companies to integrate sustainable strategies and practices into their operations. This dependence is examined from a statistical perspective using correlation analysis and Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. A sub-objective of the bachelor thesis is to find out what sustainable insurance products are provided by insurance companies in an international environment, as this is also part of the sustainable strategies of insurance companies.
