Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pojištění přerušení provozu penzionu v Jizerských horách. K hodnocení je použita analýza rizika, pro jejíž zpracování byla poskytnuta potřebná data a informace majiteli podniku. Cílem práce je na základě zjištěných informací posoudit současnou situaci penzionu a prozkoumat vhodná opatření v případě přerušení jeho provozu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce pojednává o základních principech pojištění přerušení provozu a analýzy rizika. V praktické části jsou uvedeny technické parametry penzionu, jeho ekonomická situace a následně je zde aplikována analýza rizika. Závěrem této části jsou interpretována a doporučena vhodná opatření pro eliminaci finančních dopadů v případě vzniku rizika.
The bachelor's thesis is focused on business interruption insurance for a pension in Jizerské Mountains. For evaluation there is used a risk analysis, where necessary data and information were provided by the business owner. The goal of the thesis is to assess the current situation of the pension according to the gathered information and explore suitable measures in case of business interruption. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section covers the basic principles of business interruption insurance and risk analysis. In the practical part there are presented technical parameters of the pension, along with its economic situation, followed by the application of risk analysis. The conclusion of this section provides recommendations for mitigating financial impacts in case of risk occurrence.
