dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na vývoj nového postupu pro stanovení konstrukčních přídavků k horizontálním úsečkám pro dámské body přiléhavé siluety. Během postupu je navržen přípravek, na kterém je možné simulovat geometrii povrchu lidského těla a na základě deformace textilie určit rozmístění a tvar střihových segmentů, pro které stanoví vhodné materiálové přídavky uplatnitelné u konstrukce seamless oděvů. Rešeršní část popisuje druhy přídavků a metodiky konstrukce. Dále se zabývá studiem fyzikálně mechanických vlastností textilií a jejich měřením a způsobem sestavení konstrukční úsečky. Blíže popisuje metodiku UNIKON Plus z důvodu vhodného uplatnění v též stručně popsaném CAD systému PDS TailorXQ, který je vhodný pro konstrukci střihů seamless oděvů. V experimentální části se zabývá aproximací lidského těla a jejího možného uplatnění při měření fyzikálně mechanických vlastností textilie. Pro návrh postupu byla na základě vynikajících výsledků z předchozích laboratorních měření vybrána textilie a pro tu byly navrženy zkoušky. Pomocí obrazové analýzy v dostupném grafickém pro-gramu byly získány hodnoty deformace textilie závislých na geometrii povrchu příprav-ku simulujícím prsní oblast. Po zpracování dat byl vytvořen postup pro definování střihových bloků s rozdílným materiálovým přídavkem přímo v konstrukci oděvu. Výsledkem práce je navržený postup a přípravek, vhodný pro seamless konstrukci oděvů, pomocí něhož je možné určit rozložení střihových bloků a definovat jim materiálový přídavek, který umožní rovnoměrně rozložení vyvolaného tlaku na základě geometrie lidského těla.cs
dc.description.abstractThis work is focused on the development of a new procedure for determining structural additions to horizontal line segments for women's points of a close-fitting silhouette. During the procedure, a device is designed on which it is possible to simulate the geometry of the surface of the human body and, based on the deformation of the fabric, to determine the location and shape of the cutting segments, for which appropriate material additions applicable to the pattern making of seamless garments are determined. The research part describes the types of additions and construction methodology. It also deals with the study of the physical and mechanical properties of textiles and their measurement and the method of assembling the structural segment. It describes the UNIKON Plus methodology in more detail due to its suitable application in the also briefly described CAD system PDS TailorXQ, which is suitable for the design of seamless clothing cuts. The experimental part deals with the approximation of the human body and its possible application in the measurement of the physical and mechanical properties of textiles. For the design of the procedure, based on the excellent results from the previous laboratory measurements, a textile was selected and tests were designed for it. Using image analysis in an available graphics program, values of fabric deformation dependent on the geometry of the surface of the preparation simulating the breast area were obtained. After processing the data, a procedure was created to define cutting blocks with different material addition directly in the pattern-making of the garment. The result of the work is a proposed procedure and preparation, suitable for the seamless pattern making of clothes, with the help of which it is possible to determine the distribution of cutting blocks and to define a material addition to them, which will allow an even distribution of the induced pressure based on the geometry of the human body.en
