dc.description.abstract	The fundamental of my graduation thesis is the communication barriers between teachers and students (pupils). The aim of this work is to find a solu-tion that would lead to the overcoming and removal of communication barriers. The first chapter briefly focused on the general form of communication, and then communication as a process among ordinary people. It also briefly outlined the educational communication, the content of their basic rules and the importance of verbal and nonverbal communication. In the second chapter more focus was specifically based on the communi-cation barriers between teachers and pupils in more detail. Every issue was described, and rebuilt. In the final chapter more knowledge and information from the question-naire for pupils in secondary schools was brought and then the results of ques-tionnaires and their interpretation. Finally formulated the basic recommenda-tions for teachers.	en
dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou komunikační bariéry mezi učitelem a žáky. Cílem této práce je najit řešení, které by vedlo k překonávání a odstraňo-vání těchto komunikačních bariér. V první kapitole stručně nastíním obecnou formu dorozumívání, tedy ko-munikace jako procesu odehrávajícího se mezi běžnými lidmi. Zároveň také stručně nastíním pedagogickou komunikaci, obsah jejich základních pravidel a významu verbální či neverbální komunikace. V druhé kapitole se budu konkrétně zabývat komunikačními bariérami mezi učiteli a žáky. Každý problém je tady stručně přestaven a popsán. V závěrečné kapitole přinesu poznatky a informace z dotazníku pro žáky na středních školách a pak výsledky dotazníků a jejich interpretace. Na závěr zformuluji základní doporučení pro učitele.	cs
