Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá aspekty odsouzených a jejich blízkých o programu zacházení. Věnuje se Vězeňské službě, zejména pak Vazební věznici Liberec, programu zacházení v této věznici a vlivům, které odsouzeného ovlivňují během výkonu trestu a po propuštění a jejich dopadu na úspěšnou resocializaci. Cílem práce je zjistit a interpretovat aspekty odsouzených a jejich blízkých o programu zacházení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány související pojmy, Vězeňská služba, její úkoly a organizační jednotky, obecně jsou zde popsány věznice a následně je pozornost zaměřena na věznici Liberec, programy zacházení zde vedené a na pracovníky, kteří je realizují, dále jsou popsány nepříznivé vlivy, se kterými se odsouzený může setkat během výkonu trestu, a nakonec se práce věnuje postpenitenciární péči. Empirická část je prováděna kvantitativní metodou formou dotazníku.
The bachelor thesis deals with aspects of convicts and their relatives about the treatment program. It focuses on the Prison Service, in particular the Liberec Remand Prison, the treatment program in this prison and the influences that affect the convicted person during the execution of his sentence and after his release, and their impact on successful resocialization.The aim of the work is to find out and interpret aspects of convicts and their relatives about the treatment program. The work is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part defines related terms, Prison Service, its tasks and organizational units, generally describes prisons with focus on Liberec Prison, treatment programs conducted here and the staff who implement them, further describes the adverse effects, which the convicted person may encounter during the execution of the sentence, and finally the work is devoted to post-penitentiary care. The empirical part is performed by quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire.
