| dc.description.abstract | This graduate thesis is about a computer simulation of the biocompatibility of carbon materials, concerning the research of simple molecules which include the study of sixteen types of molecules. ChemSketch 8.0 software was used for the molecule simulation.Chem3DUltra 8.0 software for the biocompatibility and thirdly the ViewerLite software was used for measuring the distance between the molecules and the grafen area. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá počítačovou simulací biokompatibility uhlíkových materiálů vzhledem k jednoduchým biomolekulám. Při simulacích bylo použito šestnáct typů biomolekul. Molekuly byly vymodelovány pomocí software ChemSketch 8.0, biokompatibilita byla simulována pomocí software Chem3D Ultra 8.0. Pro měření vzdáleností molekul a grafenové plochy byl použit software ViewerLite. | cs |
