Abstract
Cíl práce je vytvořit funkční adaptační program pomocí teoretických poznatků a za podpory analýzy šesti adaptačních programů. Hlavním cílem adaptačního kurzu je pomoci vytvořit fungující třídní kolektiv a zlepšování vztahů mezi žáky, ale také žáky a učiteli. Teoretická část obsahuje definice, cíle, pilíře a pravidla adaptačních programů, dále zahrnuje pojmy, které se týkají zážitkové pedagogiky, jako jsou cíle a metody. Dalším tématem je sociální skupina, její zákonitosti, vznik a vývoj. Další část teoretické části se věnuje evaluaci kurzu. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu šesti adaptačních programů a samotný návrh programu, který vychází z teoretické části a analýzy.
The aim of the work is to create a functional adaptation program using theoretical knowledge and with the support of the analysis of six adaptation programs. The main goal of the adaptation course is to create a functioning class team and improve relationships among students, but also to improve relationships between students and teachers. The theoretical part contains definitions, goals, pillars and rules of adaptation programs, it also includes concepts that relate to experiential pedagogy, such as goals and methods. Another topic is the social group of its laws, origin and development. The next part of the theoretical part is devoted to the evaluation of the course. The practical part contains an analysis of six adaptation programs and the design of the program itself, which is based on the theoretical part of the analysis.
