Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je provést hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti SpofaDental a.s. od roku 2010 do roku 2015 prostřednictvím vybraných metod. V teoretické části jsou nejprve za použití odborné literatury popsány jednotlivé metody hodnocení výkonnosti podniku, v praktické části jsou poté aplikovány na danou společnost. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů, analýzu ukazatele EVA a souhrnné ukazatele výkonnosti, zastoupené Du Pont rozkladem, Altmanovou analýzou a Indexem IN05. V oblasti poměrové analýzy jsou výsledky porovnány s nejvýznamnějším konkurentem společnosti na českém trhu. Obsahem praktické části je dále analýza klíčových ukazatelů společnosti SpofaDental a. s., která zahrnuje rozbor vzniklých odchylek skutečnosti od plánovaných hodnot za období 2013-2015. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky provedených metod spolu s doporučením do budoucna.
The aim of this thesis is to execute the performance evaluation of the company SpofaDental a.s. from the year 2010 to the year 2015 by chosen methods. In theoretical part, firstly there are described particular methods of business performance evaluation by using literature. Afterwards in practical part, these methods are applied to the stated company. Practical part contains analysis of absolute and ratio indicators, analysis of EVA index and performance overall indicators, represented by Du Pont analysis, Altman Z - Score analysis and IN05 index. In field of ratio analysis, the results are compared with the most significant business competitor in the Czech market. Further, the analysis of company SpofaDental a.s. key indicators is the content of practical part. It includes analysis of arisen deviation from reality in comparison with planned figures for period of time 2013-2015. In conclusion there are evaluated the results of executed methods with a recommendation for the future.
