dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala analýzou sužeb Linky duševní tísně Most a vycházela ze současného stavu. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit informovanost žáků Středního odborného učiliště služeb Litvínov - Hamr o existenci a funkčnosti Linky duševní tísně, dále zjistit, zda by v případě řešení nějaké problematické situace využili jejích služeb. Cíle se podařilo dosáhnout. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Jednalo se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisovala obecnou charakteristiku linek důvěry a blíže popisovala služby poskytované Linkou duševní tísně Most. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí dotazníku informovanost 289 žáků Středního odborného učiliště služeb Litvínov - Hamr o poskytovaných službách Linky duševní tísně Most. Rovněž zjišťovala, zda by v případě potřeby službu využili. Výsledky ukazovaly na nedostatky v oblasti prezentace linky a vyúsťovaly v konkrétní navrhovaná opatření v oblasti reklamy. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat získání cenných informací pro pracoviště Linky duševní tísně.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor´s thesis has examined services of the ``Mental distress line{\crqq} in Most, resulting from its present status. The goal was to find out the knowledge of pupils at the Apprentice training center for Services (Litvínov - Hamr) regarding the existence and functionality of the line mentioned above, as well as to find whether pupils would use its services if any problematic situation occurred. The goal has been reached. Two key parts form this thesis: The theoretical one describes the general character of hot lines via compilations and presenting expert sources, with closer characteristics of services, provided by the ``Mental distress line{\crqq} in Most. The applied part of this thesis utilizes the answer sheet in order to identify the awareness of 289 pupils at the Apprentice training center for Services (Litvínov - Hamr) on utilities, provided by the line. This part also finds out whether pupils would exploit such services. Results exhibit failings in terms of the line presentation, resulting in proposed particular measures in the field of advertising. In terms of the problem solved, the most significant thesis contribution represents all valuable data, exploitable by the ``Mental distress line{\crqq} in Most.en
