dc.description.abstractTato bakalářské práce se zabývá okolnostmi, které provází expanzi vybrané firmy na nový zahraniční trh, a to s přihlédnutím na logistickou výkonnost země. V první, teoretické, části jsou popsány formy vstupu firmy na zahraniční trh, logistika v mezinárodním obchodě a také metody analýz použitých v práci. V praktické části je představena firma OPT OnDemand s její následnou SWOT analýzou. Dále jsou provedeny samotné analýzy trhů Jižní Ameriky, konkrétně Brazílie a Chile, pomocí PEST metody, společně s hodnocením logistických výkonností obou zemí. Na závěr jsou výsledky analýz porovnány a je doporučen trh na vyšší logistické úrovni a navržena vhodná forma vstupu.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis examines the circumstances surrounding the expansion of a selected company into a new foreign market, considering the logistics performance of the country. The first, theoretical, part describes the forms of company's entry into a foreign market, logistics in international trade, as well as the methods of analysis used in the thesis. In the practical part, the company OPT OnDemand is introduced with its subsequent SWOT analysis. Furthermore, the actual analyses of the South American markets, namely Brazil and Chile, are carried out using the PEST method along with an evaluation of the logistics performance of both countries. Finally, the results of the analyses are compared, and a more logistics-friendly market is recommended, and an appropriate form of entry is suggested.en
