Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dětského staršího školního věku a vhodnými způsoby tréninku, které vedou ke všeobecnému rozvoji fyzických schopností a specializovaných fotbalových dovedností těchto dětí. Dále se zaměřuje na popis tackle a flag footballu a jejich odlišností a popisuje současné prostředí flag footballu v České republice. Dále analyzuje náročnost tvorby projektu, jak z personálního, tak z technického a finančního pohledu. Výsledkem práce je popis projektu, jehož cílem je zajistit stabilní hráčskou základnu pro klub Liberec Titans, tvořenou zkušenými hráči, kteří znají základní principy hry. Dále pak zlepšení povědomí veřejnosti o americkém fotbalu skrze náborovou kampaň, tvořenou na základních školách.
This bachelor work is focused on problematics of youth older school age and proper ways of training these childrens which leads to general development of their physical abilities and specialized football skills. It describes differences between tackle and flag football and actual situation of flag football in Czech republic. It analyzes arduous of realizing project in personal, technical and financial way. The work outcome is project description which goal is provide stable basement experienced players for Liberec Titans club and create better public knowledge about american football through recruitment campaign on elementary schools.
