Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na podporu vlády, která byla poskytnuta cestovnímu ruchu v době pandemie COVID-19. Konkrétně se soustředí převážně na data České republiky a následně sousedícího Polska. Práce je řešena chronologicky jak před, tak v době pandemie, pomocí komparativní analýzy dat klíčových údajů spojených s cestovních ruchem těchto dvou zemí. Prvně je v teoretické části vypracována teorie cestovního ruchu, jeho druhy, rozdíl mezi domácím a zahraničním cestovním ruchem a použití marketingového mixu v tomto oboru. Ve druhé, praktické části, se práce zaměřuje na konkrétní vývoj již zmíněných klíčových údajů obou zemí, jako je počet přespání v oblasti, podíl cestovního ruchu na celkovém HDP, nebo podíl cestovního ruchu na zaměstnanosti. Závěrem je komparace a vyhodnocení podpory, která byla poskytnuta.
The bachelor's thesis focuses on the government support provided to the tourism industry during the COVID-19 pandemic. Specifically, it focuses mainly on data from the Czech Republic and then neighboring Poland. The work is addressed chronologically both before and during the pandemic, using a comparative data analysis of key data related to the tourism industry of the two countries. First, in the theoretical part, the theory of tourism, its types, the difference between domestic and foreign tourism and the use of the marketing mix in this field is elaborated. In the second, practical part, the thesis focuses on the specific development of the already mentioned key data of both countries, such as the number of overnight stays in the area, the share of tourism in the total GDP, or the share of tourism in employment. The conclusion is a comparison and evaluation of the support that was provided.
