Abstract
Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část se zabývá koncepcí waldorfské pedagogiky. Zaměřuje se na východiska jejího vzniku a její charakteristické rysy. Zahrnuje historii waldorfských škol v České republice a vznik ŠVP. Dále analyzuje pojetí učitele v koncepci waldorfské pedagogiky ve vybraných oblastech: učitel a antroposofie, učitel a výchova ke svobodě, učitel jako autorita, význam umění a práce s temperamenty, učitel od 1. do 9. třídy, příprava učitele na výuku, spolupráce kolegia učitelů. Druhá část je praktická a obsahuje popis a závěr výzkumného šetření, které je zaměřeno na zkoumání specifik učitele ve waldorfské škole.
The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with the concept of Waldorf pedagogy. It is centred on the beginning of its formation and its characteristics. It includes the history of Waldorf schools in the Czech Republic and the process of creating the Waldorf school educational program . It also analyzes the role of the teacher in the concept of Waldorf pedagogy in specific areas: teacher and anthroposophy, teacher and education to freedom, teacher and authority, the meaning of art and working with temperaments, teacher from the first to the ninth class, teacher´s preparation for teaching, college teachers' cooperation . The second part is practical and contains the description and the conclusion of the research focused on the specifics of the teacher in the Waldorf school.
