Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce pracuje s myšlenkou oživit staré bakelitové lampičky designem, inspirovaným říší hmyzu, s úmyslem využití vzniklých svítidel v klubovém prostředí. Práce je inspirovaná jak autorovým osobním odporem a určitým strachem z hmyzí říše, tak ovšem i estetikou hmyzích těl, kterou autor chápe jako mrazivě krásnou. Tato bakalářská práce se nese v duchu rozpoznání znaků pro jednotlivé druhy hmyzí říše, jejich stylizace a následné aplikace pomocí kovových komponentů na bakelitové lampy.
This bachelor paper handle with idea of revitalisation of old bakelite lamps with design inspired by the insect kingdom with intention of using these lamps in club settings. This work of art is inspired both by authors own aversion and certain fear of insect kingdom and aesthetics of insects bodies, which is by the authors opinion chillingly beautiful. This bachelor paper carries onself in spirit of recognition of particular insect species attributes, their stylization and subsequent application (through the use of metal components) to the bakelite lamps.
