dc.description.abstract	The main focus of the thesis relates to the company JIPRO - CASH s.r.o. a provider of residential social services under the name "Domov Potoky". The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the company's financial management with a focus on selected social services financing and to propose the company's further development, based on both the results of financial analysis and an analysis of abroad social services. The first chapter of the thesis focuses on characteristics of functioning of social services in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. This chapter also includes the definition of important terms and laws, related to social services. The next chapter of the theoretical part relates to social services financing and introduces tools used for business performance assessment. The practical part is fully devoted to Domov Potoky. In the first instance the company and its important milestones are introduced, including crisis periods. This part also includes an analysis of the company's performance in 2019-2022. Finally, based on the information found, measures, that can help the company in its future operations, are proposed.	en
