Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce podrobně hodnotí a analyzuje suburbanizační vlivy na obec Líbeznice, s cílem identifikovat jejich působení a navrhnout řešení pro jejich zvládnutí. Práce kombinuje data od Českého statistického úřadu a informace od místních autorit, poskytující podrobnou analýzu demografického vývoje, rozšiřování infrastruktury, ekonomické dynamiky a proměn ve vzhledu obce. Hlavní pozornost je věnována nárůstu obyvatelstva, školní kapacitě, ekonomickému posílení a vylepšení dopravní sítě. Zahrnuje také rozhovor se starostou, který poskytuje hlubší vhled do reakce obce na suburbanizační trendy. Práce předkládá návrh řešení pro výzvy, které suburbanizace přináší.
This bachelor thesis assesses and analyses in detail the suburbanization effects on the village of Líbeznice, with the aim of identifying their effects and proposing solutions for their management. The thesis combines data from the Czech Statistical Office and information from local authorities, providing a detailed analysis of demographic development, infrastructure expansion, economic dynamics and changes in the appearance of the municipality. The main focus is on population growth, school capacity, economic empowerment and improvements to the transport network. It also includes an interview with the mayor that provides deeper insight into the community's response to suburbanization trends. The paper presents proposed solutions to the challenges posed by suburbanization.
