dc.description.abstractThis thesis deals with a relatively new phenomenon called stalking as a specific form of relationship violence. The goal of this thesis is to characterize the issue of abused women focusing on stalking, dangerous pursuit and find whether the public has enough information about stalking as a new crime. If the victims know, where to find a help and the impact of stalking for victims include the consecutive care. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part is based on available literature resources and and creating basis for practical part. It is focused on explaining the main terminology of the stalking, the characteristics of stalkers and victims. The content of the practical part is an analysis of information of gathered data that result from the survey. The survey has been realized as a form of an interview and a questionnaire. The interview is focused on gathering information about the circumstances from the perspective of victims of stalking victimization. The interview was conducted with five respondents. A few proposions have been obtained from the available sample. The most important are two of them. The most common form of stalking is a partner stalking (also called as an ex-partner stalking) . The victims of this type haven?t any information, where to get advice about their problem. The questionnaire for general practitioners and the helping professions were chosen to complement an idea of a practical reflection of this new phenomenon. The results of the survey reveals gaps in awareness of professionals. The greatest contribution of the practical part is considered an alarming finding that workers in the helping professions are not adequately trained in this topic.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá relativně novým fenoménem ? stalkingem, jako specifickou formou vztahového násilí. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat problematiku týrání žen se zaměřením na stalking ? nebezpečné pronásledování a zjistit, jestli je veřejnost dostatečně informována o stalkingu jako novém trestném činu. Zda-li oběti ví, kde hledat pomoc a jaký je dopad stalkingu na oběť včetně její následné péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. Teoretická část vychází z dostupných literárních zdrojů a vytváří východiska pro praktickou část. Zaměřuje se na vysvětlení stěžejního pojmosloví z oblasti stalkingu, charakteristiky pronásledovatelů a obětí. Obsahem praktické části je analýza informací získaných z dat, které jsou výsledkem průzkumu. Průzkum byl realizován formou rozhovoru a dotazníku. Rozhovor je cílen na zjištění informací o okolnostech stalkingu z pohledu oběti pronásledování. Rozhovor byl veden s 5 respondenty. Z dostupného vzorku bylo získáno několik základních tezí. Nejvýznamnější jsou dvě. Nejčastější forma stalkingu je partnerská (tzv. ex-partner stalking). Oběti tohoto typu stalkingu nemají informace, kde se o svém problému mohou poradit. Dotazník pro laickou a odbornou veřejnost v pomáhajících profesích byl zvolen pro doplnění představy o praktickém odrazu tohoto nového fenoménu. Výsledky dotazníkového šetření odkrývají rezervy v informovanosti odborné veřejnosti. Za největší přínos praktické části je považováno alarmující zjištění, že pracovníci v pomáhajících profesí nejsou v této problematice dostatečně proškoleni.cs
