dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku finančních derivátů ve firmě AGC Automotive Czech a. s. a to na účetní a daňovou problematiku měnových forwardů a měnových opcí ve společnosti. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části je zpracována teoretická analýza finančních derivátů, zejména historie derivátů, podstata a definice derivátů a charakteristika jednotlivých druhů finančních derivátů. Ve druhé praktické části je charakterizována akciová společnost, její historie a současná účetní úprava společnosti. Ve stěžejní části této kapitoly je analyzována problematika finančních derivátů ve společnosti, zejména správa a evidence derivátů, průběh a účtování jednotlivých forwardových a opčních obchodů, dále je zde analyzován dopad derivátů na vybrané ukazatele společnosti. V závěru této části je charakterizován vývoj účetního a daňového pohledu na deriváty od roku 2002 do roku 2006. Závěr práce obsahuje stručné shrnutí problematiky.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focused on the financial derivatives in AGC Automotive Czech a. s. respectively on the accounting and tax issues of the currency forwards and the currency options. This thesis consist of two main parts - theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes mainly the history of derivatives, the basics and the definitions of derivatives and the characteristics of main types of financial derivatives. The practical part describes the incorporated company, its history and the actual accounting evolution. The pivotal part of this chapter describes the major issues of the financial derivatives such as the repair and the booking of derivatives and the course and the separate accounting of the forwards and options. The impact of derivatives on the financial results of the company is described in this part too. At the end of this part the evolution of the accounting and tax approach is reviewed from 2002 to 2006. The end of thesis includes short summary of the major issues.en
