Abstract
Diplomová práce na téma {\clqq}Systém výhod pro zaměstnance`` je zaměřena především na analýzu současného stavu zaměstnaneckých výhod ve společnosti AŽD Praha s.r.o. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaká je struktura poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých výhod v této společnosti a zda jsou zaměstnanci s nabídkou zaměstnaneckých výhod spokojeni. Dále bylo zjišťováno, jakým způsobem by bylo možné stávající situaci zlepšit. Práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. Teoretická část obsahuje řešení problematiky prostřednictvím použité odborné literatury. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu zaměstnaneckých výhod poskytovaných společností AŽD Praha s.r.o. Analýze této problematiky předchází krátké seznámení s historií společnosti, předmětem jejího podnikání a její organizační strukturou. Dále je v praktické části analyzován stav zaměstnaneckých výhod z pohledu zaměstnanců. K tomuto účelu byl použit dotazník, který byl rozdán vybraným zaměstnancům a následně vyhodnocen. V závěru této práce je na základě výsledků průzkumu zhodnocen systém zaměstnaneckých výhod a jsou navrhnuta možná zlepšení.
This diploma work on the theme {\clqq}System of Benefits for Employees`` is above all based on the analyse of present status of emploee´s aneminities in the company AŽD Praha s.r.o. The aim of this work is to discover the structure of provided employee´s aneminities in this company and whether are emploees satisfied with this offer of emploee´s aneminities. Furthermore was discovered how could it be possible to improve the present situation. This work is devided in the practical part and the theoretical part. The theoretical part contains the resolution the problems through the medium of professional literature. The practical part deal with the analyse of present status of emploee´s aneminities provided by the company AŽD Praha s.r.o. Before this analyse is a short identification with the history of the company, it´s line of business and it´s organizational structure. Furthermore is in the practical part analysed the status of emploee´s aneminities from their point of view emploees. To this effect was used a questionaire, which was handed out to picked emploees and consequently evaluated. At the close of this work is evaluated the system of emploee´s aneminities based on the results from the research and there are proposed possible improvements.
