dc.description.abstract	Již delší dobu se diskutuje o malých jaderných zdrojích pro regiony. S touto problematikou se pojí řada rizik. která je potřeba identifikovat a vyhodnotit. Zároveň je potřeba specifikovat odpovědnosti, pravomoci a dopady těchto technologií na základní zainteresované strany, tzv. stakeholdery. Práce má napomoci orientaci obcí a organizací v základech této problematiky při jejich rozhodování o energetické koncepci i ve srovnání s jinými zdroji energie.	cs
dc.description.abstract	For some time now, there has been discussion about small nuclear sources for regions. This issue is associated with a number of risks that need to be identified and evaluated. At the same time, it is necessary to specify the responsibilities, powers, and impacts of these technologies on the key stakeholders, the so-called stakeholders. The work aims to help municipalities and organizations orient themselves in the fundamentals of this issue when making decisions about energy concepts, as well as in comparison with other energy sources.	en
