Abstract
Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku financování projektu s využitím dotací. Cílem práce je popsat funkci dotace v oblasti financování podnikatelské činnosti a na konkrétním projektu zdokumentovat, jak čerpání tohoto zdroje financování probíhá v praxi. Následuje vyhodnocení daného realizovaného projektu a doporučení vycházející z poznatků ohledně realizace. V první části je rozebrána teorie zabývající se financováním podniku a problematikou dotací. Jsou zde obecně popsány jednotlivé zdroje financování. V rámci dotací je obsažena definice dotace jako takové a seznam operačních programů, které jsou určeny pro žadatele o dotace. Jsou zde rozebrány možnosti čerpání ze státního rozpočtu a z Evropských fondů. Druhá část obsahuje popis konkrétního projektu, pro který byla poskytnuta dotace. Jsou zde popsány nutné kroky, které v rámci projektu bylo potřeba udělat. Poslední část zahrnuje vyhodnocení úspěšnosti projektu, doporučení a závěr.
This work is focused on the issue of project financing using subsidies. The aim of this work is to describe the function of subsidies in the area of financing business activities and to document on how to draw this source of financing in practice. This is followed by an evaluation of the implemented project and recommendations based on the implementation findings. The first part discusses the theory of company financing and the issue of subsidies. There are generally described individual sources of financing. The part about subsidies includes a definition of the subsidy as such and a list of operational programs intended for grant applicants. There are discussed possibilities of drawing from the state budget and from European funds. The second part contains a description of the specific project for which a grant was provided. It describes the necessary steps that had to be taken within the project. The last part includes evaluation of project success, recommendations and conclusion.
