Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce na téma "Expanze konkrétního podniku na zahraniční trh" se věnuje problematice expanze společnosti Tesla Inc. na slovenský trh. Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit, zda je Slovensko vhodný trh pro expanzi mezinárodní společnosti Tesla Inc. a navrhnout strategii vstupu na tento trh. Pro zjištění potřebných informací jsou provedeny analýzy, které hodnotí jak samotnou společnost, tak i její okolí a celkový cílový trh. V úvodní části je popsáno téma elektromobilita a její vývoj. Následně jsou představeny formy vstupu na zahraniční trh a spolu s tím související rizika, která mohou při expanzi nastat. V následující části je charakterizována společnost Tesla Inc. a pomocí vybraných analýz zhodnocen cílový trh a společnost. Na závěr práce je posouzena vhodnost slovenského trhu pro expanzi společnosti a následně navrhnuta nejvhodnější možnost vstupu na daný trh.
This bachelor thesis on the topic "Expansion of a specific company into a foreign market" deals with the expansion of Tesla Inc. into the Slovak market. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess whether Slovakia is a suitable market for the expansion of the international company Tesla Inc. and to propose a strategy for entering this market. To find out the necessary information, selected analyses are identified that evaluate the company itself, its surroundings and the overall target market. In the introductory section, the topic of electromobility and its development is described. Subsequently, the forms of entry into a foreign market are presented, along with the associated risks that may arise during expansion. In the following section, Tesla Inc. is characterized and the target market and the company are evaluated using selected analyses. The paper concludes by assessing the suitability of the Slovak market for the company's expansion and then proposing the most appropriate entry option.
