dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi aktivizace a animace seniorů dobrovolníky. Vychází jak z teoretických tak i praktických poznatků o dané oblasti. Cílem práce je zjistit způsoby aktivizace a animace seniorů dobrovolníky. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem základních pojmů a vymezením teoretických východisek z oblasti gerontologie, sociálních služeb, dobrovolnictví a jednotlivými možnostmi aktivizace a animace seniorů. Empirická část práce za pomoci kvantitativní výzkumné strategie zjišťuje, jaké možnosti a způsoby aktivizace a animace seniorů mají dobrovolníci k dispozici a které aktivně využívají v samotné praxi. Dílčím cílem práce je zmapovat, co přináší dobrovolnická činnost seniorům i samotným dobrovolníkům a přínosný je také pohled na dané téma optikou sociálních pracovníků v sociálních službách a koordinátorky dobrovolníků z Dobrovolnického centra. Výstupem práce jsou navrhovaná praktická doporučení pro oblast výzkumu, vzdělávání a samotné praxe.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The diploma thesis deals with possibilities of activation and animation of the elderly by volunteers. It issues from theoretical and practical knowledge in this area. The goal of this thesis is to discover the ways of activation and animation of the elderly by volunteers. The theoretical part deals with a description of basic terms and definition of theoretical basis in the area of gerontology, social services, voluntariness and particular possibilities of activation and animation of the elderly.The experiential part of this thesis with the help of quantitative experimental strategy detects which possibilities and ways of activation and animation of the elderly the volunteers keep at disposition and which they actively use in actual practices. The subgoal of the thesis is to map what brings the volunteers´ activities to the elderly and to volunteers themselves and beneficial is also a view of this issue by a view of social workers in social services and by coordinators of volunteers from the volunteer centre. The output of this thesis are suggested practical recommendation in the section of investigation, education, and work practices itself.	en
