dc.description.abstractThe paper inquires into problems of teacher authority at secondary technical school. The aim of this thesis is to find out the reasons that weaken, or in reverse strengthen the authority of teacher at school, and to classify the types of authority. Then it deals with relation between student discipline and authority, and presents the means of exercise of teacher authority, and describes the problems related to this field that the contemporary education handles with. As a research methods was used the questionnaire that investigate the authority both from the view of teacher, and from the view of the student.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou autority učitele na střední odborné škole. Hledá důvody ztráty nebo naopak získání autority učitele ve škole, klasifikuje druhy autority, pojednává o vztahu kázně studentů k autoritě, zabývá se prostředky k uplatňování autority učitele, jakožto i nastiňuje problémy v dané oblasti v současném školství. Zvolenou metodou zkoumání je dotazník, který se zaměřil na autoritu učitele jednak z pohledu učitele, jednak z pohledu studenta.cs
