Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na teoretickou rešerši a výzkum vlivu dohody o hospodářském partnerství mezi EU a Japonskem na český sklářský průmysl. Tato dohoda přináší odstranění většiny cel a eliminuje další překážky, které ovlivňují výměnu statků, služeb a kapitálu mezi EU a Japonskem. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou oblastí. První oblast identifikuje pojem mezinárodní obchodní dohody jako obecný rámec pro pochopení, jak a z jakého důvodu EU uzavírá tento typ dohod a jaký je postup při jejich vyjednávání. Druhá část je tvořena samotným popisem dohody o hospodářském partnerství mezi EU a Japonskem a obecným zhodnocením jejího vlivu na EU a Českou republiku. Výzkumná část bude zkoumat vliv této dohody na český sklářský průmysl a porovná teoretické předpoklady s praxí. Výsledkem výzkumné části bude shrnutí klíčových bodů dohody o hospodářském partnerství mezi EU a Japonskem a následné vytvoření obecných doporučení pro sklářské podniky v oblasti exportu do Japonska.
The diploma thesis focuses on the theoretical analysis and research of the impact of the EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement on the Czech glass industry. This agreement brings the elimination of most customs and eliminates other obstacles that affect the exchange of goods, services, and capital between the EU and Japan. The theoretical part is divided into two areas. The first one identifies the concept of an international trade agreement as a general framework for understanding how and for what reason the EU concludes this kind of agreement and what is the procedure during the negotiation. The second part consists of a description of the Economic Partnership Agreement between the EU and Japan and a general assessment of its impact on the EU and the Czech Republic. The research part will examine the influence of this agreement on the Czech glass industry and compare theoretical assumptions with practice. The result of the research part will be a summary of the key points of the EU-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement and the subsequent development of general recommendations for glass companies in the field of export to Japan.
