Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření multimediální příručky základních dovedností frisbee ultimate. Bakalářská práce představuje frisbee ultimate jako sportovní hru a zvláštní kategorii Spirit of the Game. Práce se dále zabývá historií hry ve světě i v Čechách. Jsou zde uvedena pravidla hry a popsáno fungování ligových soutěží na území ČR. Samostatná kapitola je věnována dalším oficiálním hrám s diskem. Stěžejní částí práce je pět videí. Jedná se o desetiminutové souhrnné video, které zahrnuje soubor základních chytů a hodů, průpravných her a jednoduchých cvičení s diskem. Každé z dalších čtyř videí se věnuje jedné části souhrnného videa, konkrétně pěti typům hodů a chytů, pěti průpravným hrám a deseti jednoduchým cvičením s diskem. Vytvořený materiál je vhodný pro začínající hráče, učitele, trenéry nebo volnočasové pedagogy. Pro publikaci bakalářské práce byl založen speciální kanál, v jehož playlistu Frisbee ultimate je multimediální příručka zveřejněna, odkaz zde.
The bachelor thesis aimed to create a multimedia guide of basic skills in frisbee ultimate. The thesis introduces frisbee ultimate as a sports game and its special category Spirit of the Game. It talks about the world and Czech history of frisbee ultimate, rules and it explains how does Czech League work. Other official disc games are mentioned in the thesis, as well. The main part of the work consists of five videos. In the ten-minute-long video, there is a summary of basic types of throws and catches, grounding games and some easy drills with a disc. Each of the other four videos talks about one part from the central video. The multimedia guide is useful for beginners, teachers, coaches and animators.
