Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá Vyhodnocením investičního záměru vybrané společnosti. Vybraným podnikem je výrobní společnost CNC MT s.r.o., jejímž hlavním zaměřením je obrábění kovů za pomocí počítačem řízených soustruhů. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje pojem investice, investiční projekt a jejich podrobnější klasifikaci. Za pomoci odborné literatury popisuje investiční rozhodování, zdroje financování a metody využívané k hodnocení investic. V praktické části jsou aplikovány zjištěné teoretické poznatky a za pomoci vybraných metod hodnocení investic analyzována a vyhodnocena efektivnost investičního záměru vybraného podniku. Zjištěné výsledky potvrzují, že se jedná o regulatorní druh investice, kterou je nutné zrealizovat z důvodu setrvání společnosti na stávajících trzích se stávajícími produkty.
Diploma thesis deals with evaluation of investment plan of selected company. The selected company is the production company CNC MT s.r.o., whose focus is metal cutting using computer-controlled lathes. The theoretical part explains the concept of investment, investment project and their more detailed classification. With the help of literature, it describes investment decision-making process, the financing of investment projects and methods used to assess investments. In the practical part, the established theoretical knowledge is applied and, with the help of selected methods of evaluation of investment, analysed and evaluated the effectiveness of the investment plan of the selected company.
