Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je využití simulačních metod ve výuce studentů oboru Všeobecná sestra. Cílem práce bylo popsat rysy a význam simulačních metod. Dále seznámení s typy simulátoru a simulačním prostředím. Z důvodu častějšího využití simulačních metod při nácviku kardiopulmonální resuscitace, bylo záměrně voleno zaměření tématu na simulaci během nácviku kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Z tohoto důvodu byl také popsán průběh resuscitace z obecného hlediska, a se zaměřením na průběh v nemocničním prostředí. Ve výzkumné části analyzujeme, jaké kritické body nastaly v průběhu plnění modelové situace v oblasti poskytnutí umělého dýchání, komprese hrudníku, vykonávání přidružených činností, souhře týmu a zjištění celkového přínosu při využití simulační metody ve výuce. Výzkum modelových situací probíhal pomocí záznamu na video s následným rozhovorem s účastníky simulace. Veškeré výsledky a závěr práce je zveřejněný v samotné práci.
Subject of bachelor thesis is usage of simulation methods in studies of Genereal nurse students. Purpose of the thesis was to describe features and meaning of simulation methods. Furthermore, familiarization with types of simulators and simulation environment. Due to the more frequent use of simulation methods for cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, the focus of the topic on the simulation during cardiopulmonary resuscitation training was intentionally chosen. Because of this reason process of resuscitation was described as general and with focus on process in hospitál environment.In research part we analyze which critical points have occurred in course of fulfillment of model situation in area of providing rescue breathing, chest compression, execution of additional activities, team cooperation and determining the overall benefit of using the simulation method in teaching. Research of model situations happened with help of the video recording and following interviews with simulation participants. All of results and conclusions are published in thesis.
